A heartfelt thank you to our community partners and to the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce for the unwavering support of our mission. The chamber consistently brings together an inspiring group of professionals who truly care about making a difference where it matters most. For the past several years, Heather Polk and this amazing community have gone above and beyond by collecting socks at their annual holiday event. It may seem simple, but dignity, warmth, and care start with basic needs, and this effort has had a real and lasting impact on the people we serve. This is what community looks like. Generous. Thoughtful. Consistent.
