The holiday season is almost here, and with it com The holiday season is almost here, and with it comes one of our favorite traditions—Eat & Be Well. Every year, this event provides meals and essential resources for hundreds of families in Fontana. But none of it would be possible without the help of volunteers like you. This is your chance to make a lasting impact on someone’s life. From serving meals to guiding guests through resources, every volunteer role is meaningful. Project Boon is proud to partner with the student- Project Boon is proud to partner with the student-led Thrift Club at Cajon High School in San Bernardino! Led by President Carlos Barrios, the team is working on a project called Safe Closet — a space where students facing homelessness or financial hardship can access free clothing in a safe, welcoming environment. Last week, we donated 35 backpacks filled with school supplies, along with clothing, to help stock the Safe Closet and support their mission of community and care. Carlos and his friend Caleb even came by to pick up items directly, which made the handoff extra special. If you’d like to donate to the Safe Closet, you can find drop boxes at Cajon’s campus or reach out to the Thrift Club on Instagram at @cajon.thriftology. They’re happy to arrange pickup for larger batches. We love to see young people leading the way in lifting up their community!

This event is about more than just food. It is about community and making sure no one feels alone during the holiday season.
