Project Boon, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization was formally incorporated in California in February 2014. Project Boon does not and shall not discriminate based on race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. These activities include but are not limited to, the appointment to and termination of its Board of Directors, hiring, firing, and oversight of staff or contractors, selection of volunteers, selection of vendors or partners, and providing of services and community events in various events throughout Southern California.
